Will never insure through Ladybird insurance again. Changed my car 3 months until the end of the policy, informed Ladybird and they said they would need to cancel it as the car was too expansive. I didn't receive an extra no claims bonus as I didn't finish the full year, onto of that they then took a £20 fee plus 10% charge and sent the remaining amount which I will hopefully receive shortly.
I then searched for a new provider and Ladybird came up as one of the cheapest. Phoned them up and they said they're a broker etc etc etc.
Will never use them again!!!
