Two thumbs up honestly

Honestly has been very handy to use both online and on some phone apps in a pinch, tied with the Klana feature for breaking payments up to three months also works very nicely to help keep my books balanced. the one time I had a fraudulent charge the folks were very nice in helping me resecure my account and get my money back so huge thumbs up on the protection side. A rather big downside for me is that i cannot schedule a day to pay with the monthly debit as i like paying everything at the begining of the month and they want it at the end sometimes right before my paycheck which has caused issues in the past, but honestly you can set a monthly calander reminder. over 10 years useage

been using them for around 10 years, they have been consistant and wonderful the one time I had fraud happen to me, they helped me out massivly and sorted the problem out with my bank. Reviewed on: 26th May 2025
