Overall poor service and possibly much worse

The online app was very poor. I was unable to access my account. It was difficult to contact the co-op by phone. I wrote letters to close my account and it took several letters of complaint before my funds were returned to me. Letters and dates on correspondence seemed to suggest either they were unprofessional or worse still, not willing to pay me my money. I have now after several weeks received a cheque from them.
