When it comes to credit accounts I have no complaint...

When it comes to credit accounts I have no complaints at all. Easy communication to solve any problem I may have. No problems using my account anywhere with my online account, virtual credit card in my phone ap and physical card in my wallet. I have found their rates competative and the many rewards very useful. Excellent service.

Basically easy to forget about. Once set up everything is taken care of at their end. The only time I had a problem was switching from monthly payments to direct debit. A monthly payment was missed through no fault of my own. Quick phone call and the matter was resolved with no charge to me. Excellent service. Reviewed on: 27th May 2025
