Flexible and innovative

I have used Paypal Credit for quite a few years now. It is flexible, innovative and it enables me to stretch my money and buy expensive items without paying any interest. I have never had a problem so I have never had a need to use Customer Service but I think the company is well-tuned in to the customer experience as it brings new products to the market eg the credit card. My Flexible Friend

I use PayPal credit all the time and I never pay any interest. It helps me buy the things I want now and by using PayPal's facilities responsibly, it enables me to stretch my finances a little bit further. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026

Flexible help when you want it

I use pay in 3 frequently for larger purchases as this option helps with budgeting. I find it very easy to use although I only ever have one plan at a time. Along with other Paypal's other flexible payment options ie interest free for four months, it is handy to have everything in one place. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026

Paypal is my flexible friend!

Paypal is my flexible friend! Using Paypal Credit I can buy more expensive things and pay no interest either by paying in 3 instalments or by paying after 4 months. Paypal Credit helps me plan my spending and stay within my budget. I also use it for buying goods on line when I want to use my debit card. I know I could use a credit card but Paypal feels secure and I know there is back up if anything goes wrong. Finally, my husband is extremely risk averse and he uses Paypal when he needs to transfer money to my account. It's very easy to do and goes into my account immediately as soon as I initiate the transfer. If I have any criticism at all it is that payments to my credit account often take several days to process so I need to remember this when checking my bank account balance.
