Straightforward to use; would value longer term options

Easy to use at payment point, straightforward in terms of accessing statements / setting up direct debits etc via the app. Would value options that are longer term than 4 months. Not always clear to see which debts the repayments go towards (e.g. if you have interest free payments starting at different times). Reviewed on: 8th June 2026

Simple, straightforward and clear

I haven't had to use the customer service, so am unable to rate this - although that in itself is a good sign! The interest rates are a little on high end, but the applications are straightforward and easy to understand. Reviewed on: 27th May 2025
