Secure and Reliable Service

PayPal Pay in 3 and the PayPal service in general has been a very secure, reliable service in my experience. The communication is good and both the website and app are fairly straightforward to navigate. The only negative to Pay in 3 is that it may well be an unregulated financial product or service so it is important the customer is aware of this before committing to it.
