I think it’s a great service but there are concerns

I think it’s a great service but I feel that the promotional offers that are applied, you should be able to choose what you pay off when you make a payment. Instead of it coming off whatever is sooner. I also feel that the breakdown of interest and charges isn’t very clear. However my biggest complaint is that the payment that comes out every month never comes out on the same day consistently, so there has been countless amounts of times I’ve been charged a late fee because the money I put into my account at the start of the month gets taken up by something else if the payment doesn’t come out when it says it’s supposed to.
