Irresponsible lending

Took my first loan out in 2016 was not asked about my income and outgoings to see if I was able to afford repayments, had a top up in 2017 same again no check was done was all done on their website money in bank next day, also topped up in 2018 no check done again even tho my DLA had been stopped and was under review had to take top up loan to pay bills and mortgage as my income had gone down I still made payments on time having to borrow money else where from my daughter to pay, I have emailed informing that I’m putting a claim in for irresponsible lending and requested that all loan and interested information be sent to myself and had no response Reviewed on: 8th April 2019
