They helped with Debt relief order application stage-following my step change assessment. The lady who dealt with my application (Emma), was very helpful and empathetic towards me and my personal situation. I felt at ease talking to her and not judged at all. Overall the process itself was very quick. It took 2 weeks for the whole process to be dealt with including acceptance of my DRO.
