I’ve always had a good experience with customer service, using the app and easy to pay for things online with PayPal credit. The direct debit set up is easy too. I love that if I’m short on money in my bank I can rely on PayPal credit to buy the things I need or something I want. Most online sites and eBay accept PayPal credit too. It’s just very useful and customer service are always pleasant to talk to often sorting out any queries I may have. Reviewed on: 22nd May 2024

Great and fast service.

I really needed some extra money to pay off some debts and buy some much needed things for the home and my kids. Likely loads was easy to apply for and very fast at delivering the money into my account. The app is fantastic and makes it easy to see where you are with your repayments and balance, they set up a direct debit automatically so you don’t have to do a thing and even with the direct debit you can pay more off by one off payments within the app if you wish. I love likely loans and would always go with them in future for the security of knowing exactly what I need to know and the simplicity of the whole process. Fantastic job likely loans.
