A very difficult task trying to lower credit limits...

A very difficult task trying to lower credit limits or close account. Should be an easy task instead if a job to complete. If I have to ring and explain why I want to lower my limit it is not really a good thing. Surely lowering a limit should be a few clicks and not an explanation and questions. Increasing limit, fine. But lowering awful. To me it looks like they are trying to trap people into higher limits. Reviewed on: 29th April 2026
