This is the first time I have taken out Holiday Travel Insurance with you. I want you to send me a hard copy of the policy, which I requested using the e-mail address you provided. I have got a reply saying they don't do it, Can you send me a copy to my address - Thank you. I don't have a mobile phone to access your App. Reviewed on: 7th June 2025
