Shambles

Previous online banking system great. New system a shambles. Not working. Cannot make payments. Bank not taking any calls due to "customer volumes". What a disaster. Reviewed on: 10th June 2025

We sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this may have caused. We recognise that the transition to the new service has not been an easy process for our customers. Our phone lines have also been significantly busier than usual, and we now have additional people working on calls.
