I tried to get through on the 9th June.

I tried to get through on the 9th June. Automated service says I was number one in the queue. I hung on for 30 minutes each minute to be told I was first in the queue. It then offered me a call back service which I acceoted but did not get a call back. Today I phoned again and Louise Taylor answered the phome and thank goodness was extremely helpful and was able to help me. Reviewed on: 11th June 2025
