Disappointing Security: No Real Support When It Matters

I trusted Trading 212 as a platform to manage my savings and investments, but when my account was compromised, I was shocked by how limited the support and security actually were. Despite reporting the issue quickly, the fraudster was able to bypass account protections by exploiting weak links in their process, including actions taken through email and SMS. There was no phone support, no secure backup system, and no meaningful way to stop the fraud once it started. Trading 212 insists their systems worked properly, but in reality, their design allowed someone else to access and empty my account. This experience left me feeling extremely vulnerable and let down. Financial platforms must do more to protect users, especially when it comes to identity verification and crisis response. If you’re looking for a secure investment platform, be cautious and make sure you’re comfortable with the support options they actually provide—not just what they advertise.
