Quick, easy and straightforward service

Used the service a few times, respond with offer within minutes and rates generally are better than the competition. Have recommended to friends and family. Would be first place I look if I need service again Reviewed on: 24th December 2019

Simple, quick and honest service.

Having initially used Zopa approx two years ago and having had an excellent experience I have since returned to Zopa for additional borrowing. Again the service was quick, easy and straightforward. Clear Ts&Cs as well as re-payment details including dates, installment amounts and overall cost. Borrowing rates proved yet again better than my bank and other short term lending organisations that are possibly more well known / advertised. I would certainly visit Zopa again should I have the need and certainly would and have recommended them. Reviewed on: 5th January 2018

Excellent and simple all round service

Would I use them again ? Yes and have done and got the same great quick, simple, easy to understand service. All t's & C's clearly laid out unlike many other short term services. Like the fact that at some point I could help others as well. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2017

Simple, straightforward, clear and quick.

Happened upon Zopa while searching for an on-line short term loan. The website is clear, un-cluttered and jargon free. The terms and conditions are clear to understand and the application process was straightforward with quick decision. The interest rates are the best available even comparing to my high street bank. Since taking out the loan, my only further query with Zopa was a direct debit date change which again was completed on-line and immediately changed. Would I recommend Zopa ? Already have.
