I use this tool on a very regular basis

I use this tool on a very regular basis within my role allocating Social Housing to customers. It's straight forward & easy to use, as long you have all the relevant information for the customer & is a very useful tool for us to be able to confirm if customers will receive assistance with paying their rent & to advise customers of any benefits that they are currently not receiving.
