Professional, knowledgeable,consistently compassionate

I had cause to take out a loan for a car whilst I was working, the whole process was very straightforward. Simple to apply for and the customer service was amazing at helping me to ensure that I was able to afford the repayments, explaining things very clearly so that even I could understand it. Unfortunately, due to a life changing health event, I became permanently disabled and had to take medical retirement. The whole team have treated me with the utmost dignity and respect and helped me to find a way through this difficult financial time. I am now happily repaying the loan and I am even able to save a small amount each month with the Union at the same time. I am so grateful for GWCU and often recommend to friends and family. I can't thank them enough. Professional, knowledgeable and consistently compassionate all the way through, taking a lot of stress from my already chaotic life. Thank You to all.
