Amazing customer service

whenever I have needed any assistance someone is always there to help, when I have applied for loans and someone calls to discuss it, they are helpful and get me the best offer they can and will always listen to things I have to ask. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2026

Wonderful

Everytime I ring or email with a query it is always answered in a timely manner. They are always lovely to speak to on the phone. I rang to swap out how much I was saving because money was tight and they where brilliant not a problem and very reassuring on how they could help and any help I could get elsewhere Reviewed on: 21st June 2025
