A highly professional but helpful experience

The advisor I spoke to had complete and (ready) knowledge of the request. They were very welcoming in answering all the question and when needed, I had to request for more info, which I was instantly provided. The advisor kept their words as I needed an email with certain information to respond to the Building Society. At no point, did I feel the advisor was in a rush and wanted me to leave the line. What struck me most was that the advisor actually, helped me by giving bits of info, which I might have gotten otherwise after a few more calls, but the advisor was kind and pointed out what my options were. So really very happy with the call. Were I to give her marks, I would go for 10/10. Reviewed on: 23rd June 2025
