Is that a bank for the elderly ?

Strong impression that the bank have little time for customers . I approached my local branch 4 times since May 2025 for certificates of interest which they have a statutory duty to provide and on each occasion that certificate was not available and still isn’t . The branch are unable to explain why and the complaints department which I phoned today made it impossible for me to complain . Their „ security questions „ were such that I , as an old person was unable to answer . I need to do my tax return and will not be able to rely on the required certificate .
