I had problems with accessing my online account, I found in necessary to call customer service many times, they helped me reset passwords and memorable name. I am of the era where we don’t do technology but needs must, without the support of Gemma and Ellie, I would have given up. They were both patient (they needed to be) kind and helpful, we even ended up having a giggle. So now thanks to them I can get onto online banking through an App. You are never too old to learn.
