After declining me last month, they didn’t even offer another solution or amount. Very poor Reviewed on: 25th June 2025

When evaluating a member's loan application, our loan panel considers the possibility of offering a smaller amount. However, if this could put additional strain on the member, it is typically avoided. Please know that this decision does not prevent you from being offered a loan in the future if your circumstances change. Response date: 30th June 2025
