Provided great support - such a relief!

I want to take this opportunity to thank Money Wellness for all their support with handling DRO. I was referred to their services via Citizens Advice after my DMP with PayPlan was cancelled due to poor handling of my case with this organisation. Left with very few options as to how to resolve the issue of my debts, Money Wellness guided me through the necessary steps into entering a DRO, Andrew working on my case explained everything in simple terms and was really helpful with completing my application, my DRO was approved in a matter of days and alleviated the burden of debt I had been struggling to clear since the pandemic. Though a DRO wouldn’t have been my preferred option, given my circumstances it was my only option, knowing my debts won’t continue to mount is such a relief.
