Financial security

Using PayPal to purchase goods on line gives me security knowing that if things go wrong PayPal will sort the problem and refund my money. This has happened on two occasions where I was able to get a full refund. The ‘pay in three’ offer is also a useful way of paying for larger items allowing budgeting of large purchases. Using PayPal gives me security knowing if there is a genuine problem with a purchase PayPal will sort the problem. I have first hand experience of this as I have had two problems that were resolved and money returned to my account quickly. Reviewed on: 17th June 2026

Using pay PayPal gives me confidence with online purchases. When on the few occasions when things have gone wrong with a purchase/retailer, PayPal has organised a refund quickly and efficiently. The pay in three instalments is very useful on purchasing expensive items. Allows for easy budgeting. Reviewed on: 27th June 2025
