I rang customer service to report a scam that I had...

I rang customer service to report a scam that I had endured and because the company exists they couldn’t help what happened was I did a survey on social media with a major retailer and to make a payment it redirected me to another payment site make a payment for p+p instead a different company took the money and I had no email or confirmation what I had signed up for I was expecting a physical product instead they are charging me for a service and Mbna dispute system doesn’t even cover the problem I have They were not helpful at all!!!!!!!!!!!
