Savings accounts review.

I have 2 different types of savings accounts, opened initially because they have excellent interest rates. On monitoring nterest rates regularly for similar accounts, these 2 accounts have not been beaten. Also, on the occasions I have phoned their customer support, the agents have answered almost immediately and provided a friendly, polite and most helpful service in which all my questions have been most thoroughly answered. Savings accounts and customer service staff

The Saffron e-saver is a very useful account. An excellent rate of interest and withdrawals processed very quickly and reach bank account within a few hours on the same day - other building societies take till at least the following day. The new Members' Month Loyalty Saver is another super product with a top rate of interest. It is an ideal way to save for a specific short-term goal - e.g. holiday, celebration, etc. The customer service staff answering phone calls are always very helpful with a warm and friendly approach.
