Good service all round

Very helpful in the beginning and lots of great information. I felt once the DRO was approved the pressure and communication was more than someone in this situation may be able to handle, multiple calls on texts daily requesting me to sign as soon as possible which was a little overbearing. Also one lady who was trying to make me sign when I wasn’t ready got a little frustrated and started speaking very quickly and seemed annoyed she couldn’t get me to sign there and then. Although all other interaction especially on the phone was great Reviewed on: 1st July 2025
