Excellent customer service... Above and beyond

When my card got lost in the post, I accidentally contacted Zable USA. They replied back and advised exactly who to contact in the UK, the lost card was reissued and i received it 48 hours later Reviewed on: 15th July 2025

Excellent customer service

Customer service interaction when my card was missing was excellent. Even contacted Zable in the USA in the first instance in error, and got a quick response with who to contact in the UK. Issue was resolved and had new card in two days Reviewed on: 2nd July 2025
