Credit card is great , however the loan side of thin...

Credit card is great , however the loan side of things aren’t so great. Keep getting emails/texts offers in my app saying I’m ’pre approved’ spoke to CA one who confirmed I was eligible. Now being told that I am not eligible. Don’t see why I’m getting emails/texts offers in the app and told one day I can get it then the next can’t? Reviewed on: 21st April 2026
