They really do consider all circumstances.

They really do consider all circumstances. I wouldnt be able to get a loan elsewhere but after sending in evidence of payment plans they let me take out a loan. Coming straight from my benefit makes it so much easier Reviewed on: 3rd May 2026

Affordable, fair but communications lacking

It's an affordable loan with understanding staff typically, I do find getting a top up difficult and I am now talking around in circles over an issue resolved last time. Reviewed on: 3rd July 2025
