Could be simpler

Linking my bank account wasn’t as straightforward as it should be. I find the app over complicated at times. At one point, I wanted to contact customer services about my payment but the FAQs didn’t help and I wasn’t able to connect with a human via the app. Reviewed on: 3rd July 2025
