Customer Service is extremely slow and quite Rude!

Customer Service is extremely slow and you need to be passed around 4 difference departments if you have a telemetric box , If you plan to start your insurance being a first time driver with intentions to upgrade your car within the next year , no chance they don't insure you once your car is better than a common first car , They charge extremely high fees for changing my pass date back one day (if anything i should be paying less) and finally the black box is extremely sensitive , you will be told you are tampering with your Theo box when trying to plug it in charge after they have requested this . Finally the speed limits on road half the time are incorrect or the box reads you going into a 20 zone when driving parallel to the road ! Reviewed on: 7th July 2025
