Car insurance where you can speak with REAL people!

5
Used for car insurance. Not the cheapest out there, but certainly among the easiest to deal with, and - rarely these days - you can actually talk to someone, should you need to. Crazy. I know! But they still man their phones and have access to their systems. Unlike so many ‘chatbot’ entities. Who are banking your cash, and laying off good folk to make way for ‘’AI”. Which is much more A than I. In my experience. Reviewed on: 19th August 2026

Worth a call!

Matched best whites near-enough. With more added on. So well worth the small premium of staying opposed to hassle of switching. Worth a call! Reviewed on: 14th August 2026

Barclaycard’s offers are frequent and good, their communication is top notch (do their utmost to remind you when payment is due) and you feel like your matter. The minimum repayment rates are a tad on the high side, but that’s the only (minor) complaint. Reviewed on: 13th June 2026

They are such a fair company.

They are such a fair company. Repayment rates are low and offers on transfers and advances are frequent and fair, lasting a long time at 0%. I only hope their fantastic service continues under new ownership. Reviewed on: 13th June 2026

FlexPlus - the best account I’ve ever had

5
The FlexPlus has been the best current account I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a few), for a good many reasons. Firstly, they aren’t owned like the rest, which sits better with me. Secondly, the app is secure, feels safe, provides adequate warnings etc., but not at all at the expense of ease of use. Bit thirdly, although its price has increased, I believe the array of insurances available for the monthly fee is second to none! Furthermore, whilst I’ve only ever had to claim once on any of them, it was an effortless experience. Oh, and they aren’t closing branches like the rest, either! In short, I would - and have - convinced others to back with Nationwide, and have nothing but praise for their service provided. Keep up the good work! Reviewed on: 24th March 2026
