Excellent website and great customer service

The Ripe website is excellent, really easy to follow. I love the way you can add sections of cover you need and therefore tailor the cover that works for you. When I first took out a policy a couple of years ago I realised I'd made a mistake and not selected enough cover, but Ripoe responded to my email really quickly and made arrangements for me to pay the additional premium and sort the right cover. Great, clear buying process and great after care

Great process for selecting cover and buying online. Realised later I needed to make a change, sent an email, quick response and cover upgraded without an issue. Reviewed on: 9th July 2025
