Thankfully we haven't had to claim anything on any trip so haven't given top scores as don't know what claim process would be like. As a family we have a few medical conditions so our travel insurance is expensive but good to know we can be covered for everything. Helpful on the phone too when I have had to add on additional conditions that I had forgotten about! Reviewed on: 10th July 2025
