£45k job to universal credit. Thank you for your help!

My experience was very easy and relaxed, i have felt pressure with debt for over a year, I went from a 45k job to universal credit pretty much over night, was very worrying, the staff made me feel comfortable and with no worry. I am very thankful for their help. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025
