Have used Get Going for many years

Have used Get Going for many years and found their system easy quick to use and their rates very competitive. This year we had a health issue abroad and needed to make a claim. I expected the worst because many stories in the press about insurance companies delaying and even avoiding paying out. It was dealt with quickly and efficiently by a third party legal team who were excellent and easy to deal with payment being made within 3 weeks. Have used Get Going for 15 years due to its clear helpful online site. The concise pages allow me to navigate to a clear end result which explains in everyday language exactly what is covered. I feel the cost is not the be all and end all of insurance but more the trust they instil in me that my needs are covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025
