Disappointed

They sent a letter at home offering to me a new loan, because I am a good customer, when I called to take it, they said waiting six months more and we will see? Question, why they sent a letter congrats you and later when you called just denied? That us way I reted two, you must to keep your processes at the same time I am keeping my payments on time, so I recommend do not sent that type of letters by customers because they will be very disappointed.
