Highly recommended tool, to understand circumstances

Whilst working as an Employment Advisor, I would recommend this tool to all my participants. Nearly all of my participants found this tool extremely useful, as those that were really struggling found that they were entitled to other benefits. This also really helped those who wanted to change their circumstances by being able to understand what effect it would have on their Universal credit. I found that this tool really helped individuals to make decisions, and feel more confident as one of the biggest worries for some was not getting financial support once they start work.
