Best travel insurance for underlying conditions!

Goodtogoinsurance were the only company to offer good coverage for me and my husband who has health conditions and was waiting for a routine operation, before our travel dates. I was able to call someone, check the information I'd provided on the online quote was correct and then add a condition I had forgotten to mention. All staff were courteous, friendly and genuinely wanted to help. Unlike the 3 other insurance companies who claim to offer travel policies for those with underlying conditions goodtogoinsurance.com actually delivered on their promise - they offered excellent coverage at a good price. We were so disillusioned by the other companies, we were just thinking of going without insurance and hoping our GHIC would cover everything, until I saw a TV ad and thought I would give them a go. The whole process was effortlessly simple and great value. I've ever recommended them to my parents who have just worked out they can save over £600 for the same insurance coverage as another competitor starting with S. Thankfully I didn't need to use their cover, but if the before travel experience is anything to go by I'm sure the claims process will be just as good. We only took out the single trip insurance, and it was only £200 extra for a full years cover but as we so rarely travel (as we're full time carers) we opted for the single trip, but we'll definitely get a multi-trip policy in future when we need it. It's actually refreshing for an insurance company to say what they do, and actually do it. I highly recommend goodtogoinsurance.com and can't praise them any higher!
