Staff extremely helpful, just hours need to be more friendly. Once things are sorted they are sorted and not prolonged by little things. Happy customer should mean renewal customer and we will see but from service no complaint's whatsoever. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2025

Fairly quick to sort claim, telephone hours clash with working hours which meant emails were not answered quickly upto 5 working days. Reviewed on: 13th July 2025
