I really don't have the energy, inclination nor the time to answer fully, but some of your staff really need to be re-trained in how to be polite to customers, and be more helpful generally. There are, of course, those who are wonderful to speak to or 'chat' with online, etc, but everyone who deals with customers should be like that. Reviewed on: 13th July 2025
