Interest too high

Interest rates far too high. Some people have no option sometimes to pay a large unexpected bill. For returning customers they should reward you like any other company for loyalty. It’s quick and easy which is great but in the long term it can be a bit shit. It’s an appliance choice of course but a regular user should be rewarded with lower interest rates.
