Very helpful understanding and friendly.

I had a loan a few years ago after my dog became ill. I went into the branch really upset as I was worried I wouldn’t have enough to pay the extra vet bills my insurance company wouldn’t pay. I was granted the loan within a couple of days so was relieved I had enough money to pay for vets bills. They were so kind to me. After I had paid my loan back I continued saving before I retired. Definitely would recommend them. They’ll only lend you money if they know you can pay it back. So you’re not taking on a loan you can’t afford. Reviewed on: 1st May 2026

Good friendly service

Very easy to save comes straight out of my wages into my savings account so I don’t miss it. Quick and easy to make a withdrawal. Used them as needed a loan quickly for vet bills and they were understanding and sympathetic. Loan was agreed within a day. Reviewed on: 15th July 2025
