Unfair treatment of loan denial to a customer who has actively saved over a year without any withdrawal only to seek loan afterwards and its loan denied mail . So terrible experience Reviewed on: 15th July 2025

We appreciate your commitment as a saver but occasionally we do have to decline applications based on factors such as affordability. We don't want to overextend someone's finances, which could put them in difficulty. Response date: 18th July 2025
