Helpful and trustworthy.

Insured with CG when we first bought our campervan. Competitive quote. Price went down next year because we’d gone from novice status. Price has continued to be good, no massive or shocking increases. Most of all the company is easy to deal with. When I’ve called with a query the phone has been quickly answered, no long holding in a queue. It’s also clear I’m talking to a real, UK based agent, not a call centre in Asia. Queries have been promptly, efficiently handled, and minor policy changes have been made simply with no rip off admin charges. Fortunately I’ve not had to make a claim in the 6 years we’ve been insured, but my experience so far leads me to trust it would be well handled if necessary. Reviewed on: 17th July 2025
