Brilliant, understanding people

Financial things are something a lot of people want to talk about, I know I don't. I was terrified and embarrassed by my situation but sitting down and chatting with my case manager was brilliant. She was so understanding and supportive, she gave fantastic advice and I left feeling lighter and happier.
