Review of the Caravan Guard, Caravan insurance:

A***** Highly recommended.

I managed to destroy a petrol pump whilst pulling away with the caravan in tow having refuelled the car. The caravan sustained minor damage which I was able to repair myself which is more than I could say about the fuel pump. Immediately after my mistake I contacted customer service to reported the incident. The Call Handler was very sympathetic and advised me to report it to my car insurance company too. Within a very short time an email arrived with the relevant form, but as it turned out the claim was covered by my car insurance. I have to say that the Call Handler was extremely helpful and understanding. It was very reassuring to discover just how efficient the communications were between Caravan Guard and myself. The cost of our insurance cover is extremely competitive priced and what with this and the excellent customer service I received make it one company I most highly recommend.
